Lee is a seasoned executive and technical leader with over 30 years of experience in IT engineering, technical solutions sales, project and business management for both federal and commercial enterprises. Mr. Koepping leads the Global Engineering Team for ScienceLogic establishing go to market strategies and execution for global sales engineering having served as principal architect and chief technologist for the public sector market as a founding member of that team at ScienceLogic. Prior to joining ScienceLogic, he was the Chief Technical Officer of Blue Door Networks focused on providing leadership and coordination of the company’s technical direction and establishing the go-to market strategy and technology portfolio. Coupled with a keen sense of business and sales strategy, Mr. Koepping has operational experience in corporate development and growth with small, medium, and large system integrators, value-added resellers, and solution providers primarily focused on the public sector and government space.

Prior to Blue Door Networks, Mr. Koepping served as the Chief Technology Officer for Iron Bow Technologies managing the company’s technology practice areas and technical pre-sales teams supporting over $1B in solutions-oriented sales. He has also lead pre-sales, services, and sales for integrators including Northrop Grumman, Klein Technologies and Global Management Systems Inc. in senior leadership and management roles.

Mr. Koepping began his career in the U.S. Navy, where he received his formal education in electronics engineering and worked in naval intelligence joining the IT industry following 8 years of decorated service.
