Dave Zucker is the lead Advisory Consultant for North America on the Advisory Services team, whose sole focus is helping customers reach their AIOps goals. He’s known for his work ethic (occasionally his wife disagrees) and unfailing dedication to “process before action,” along with his love of BBQ, a good cigar and whiskey, and his soccer team (his wife is up there too, just in case she sees this).

Dave started at ScienceLogic in 2018 and started originally as a Sales Engineer where he helped create the Customer Solutions Architect role focused on platform adoption. In 2020, he joined the Advisory Services team and hasn’t looked back since. Before joining ScienceLogic, Dave worked many roles: support, systems and network administrator, troubleshooter, consultant, technical sales, delivery manager, and team manager.

As a Sr. Advisory Consultant, Dave’s primary responsibility is to work with ScienceLogic customers to help them plan and adopt the change needed to achieve their AIOps goals. With decades of broad experience across pretty much every sector of business you can imagine, Dave brings both the Advisory Services adoption methodology, the Realization Plan, along with his understanding of the business challenges that change brings.
