Business health is directly linked to system health, but too often leaders have lacked the necessary information to correlate the two. Business Services in SL1 has addressed this very issue for our customers and has received several powerful improvements. In this session we will discuss improvements that have been made to Business Services in 2025 that reduce administration effort and increase value to business leaders. These updates include a revamp of the workflow to build/edit/view service Status Policies, bulk update actions, and the new sample Business Services.
